Yes. Individuals, students, makers and businesses can order one item or a small batch.

02Are the prices on this page final?

No. They are launch references. Final price and timing follow file, material and schedule review. GST and shipping are separate.

03How do I send my 3D file?

Upload an STL above for an instant estimate. For 3MF, OBJ or STEP, use the project form and attach the file to the prepared email.

04Can you make a 3D model from my idea or photo?

Yes, for creative objects such as figurines, mascots, gifts and props. We make an AI-assisted draft, then a person checks and prepares the model before it is printed. Exact mechanical parts need CAD instead.

05Can you work under my company’s name?

Yes. White-label work and a mutual NDA are available for suitable partner projects.

06Which materials do you use?

PLA, PETG, ASA, TPU and selected engineering polymers. We choose after reviewing the use and operating conditions.

07What are the payment terms?

Initial custom jobs require 70% advance. The balance is paid before dispatch. We do not offer cash on delivery.
